Frequently Asked Questions

Still wondering about staging? We’ve got you covered

How long is the standard staging period?

Our standard staging period is 6 weeks, which provides ample time for marketing, viewings, and negotiations. We find this timeframe strikes the right balance between value and flexibility for most property campaigns. If you need to extend beyond 6 weeks, we offer flexible extension options at monthly rate.

Isn’t staging expensive?

Staging is an investment, not a cost. For as little as 1% of the property’s value, staging often yields 5–15% higher offers. It can also reduce time on the market, lowering holding costs and increasing ROI, especially valuable for developers managing multiple properties.

How long does staging take?

Most vacant staging projects are completed within 5–7 business days from quote approval.

Is staging really necessary in a strong property market?

Yes. Even in competitive markets, staging gives your property a powerful edge. Buyers make emotional decisions quickly, staged homes are more memorable, more photogenic online, and more likely to generate faster offers at higher prices. It’s about maximising value, not just selling.

Will it delay our marketing schedule?

Not at all. We work quickly and efficiently. Most full staging installations are completed within 1–2 days, and we can typically schedule within a week of confirmation. We work alongside your team to ensure no disruption to your launch timeline.

Can you work with my existing furniture?

Absolutely. We offer partial staging and consultations for occupied homes to enhance what’s already there.
